Returns
All returns require an RMA number. Email your order number to sales@luxello.eu and we will send your RMA and return instructions. Goods sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety, no product may be placed on the Union market unless an economic operator established in the Union is responsible for it. For Luxello products that operator is:

All prices shown on this website are in euro and are the total price you pay — all applicable taxes, import duties and customs clearance charges are included.

Every Luxello shipment into the European Union is sent on a delivered duty paid basis, whatever the order value. Import duty, import VAT and clearance are settled by us before the goods reach you. Your carrier will not invoice you and nothing is payable on delivery.

Luxello products are tested and certified for each market we serve.

Technical documentation is held by Luxello Ltd and is available to market surveillance authorities through our EU responsible person, whose details appear in section 03.

Luxello is a registered trademark owned by Studio02 Consultants and used by Luxello Ltd under licence.

The mark is protected by International Trademark Registration No. 1728549 under the Madrid Protocol, administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Please raise any complaint with us first at sales@luxello.eu. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact a consumer dispute body in your country of residence or the European Consumer Centre in your member state, which assists consumers with cross-border purchases free of charge.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

We are not obliged to participate in, and do not currently commit to, dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
