Delivery Information

Prices displayed on our website are in euro and are the total price you pay — all applicable taxes and import duties are included. Goods, delivery and the total price appear on the final checkout screen before you confirm your order.

Dispatch time is the period between your order being confirmed and the parcel leaving our facility. It does not include transit.

These are estimates and may extend during peak periods. We will always tell you if your order is going to be significantly delayed, and you may cancel for a full refund if a revised date does not suit you.

Once dispatched, orders to most European Union destinations arrive within 2–4 business days. Deliveries to island and outermost regions, and to remote rural addresses, may take longer.

We deliver throughout the European Union, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Czechia, Luxembourg and all other member states.

Unless a longer period has been expressly agreed at the time of order, delivery takes place within 30 days of the contract being concluded. Where a bespoke item carries a stated production time, that stated time is the agreed delivery period.

Once your order is dispatched you receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link, so you can follow the delivery in real time.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them. Until that moment the goods travel at our risk.

Title to the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
